Rooted in Self-Trust

I created this space for the moments that call you inward, toward a deeper understanding of yourself, what you need, and what you choose to carry forward.

Here, care is intentional. Spirituality can be explored without performance or prescription. Personal growth does not require becoming someone else. It begins with knowing yourself more fully.

You are invited to listen more closely, trust what you discover, and move through your life with a clearer sense of what is true for you.

Life, Lineage & Lived Experience

I came to this work through experience before I ever came to it through study. It grew from learning how to understand myself, care for myself, and make sense of what could not always be explained neatly. That understanding is also rooted in my Gullah Geechee heritage and the ways it has shaped how I move through intuition, care, discernment, and the weight of responsibility in this work.

That foundation led me deeper into spiritual practice, intuitive work, and holistic approaches to care. I began formally studying these practices in 2019 and working with clients in 2020. In 2024, I created this space to bring the work forward with greater clarity and purpose.

My approach is not built on performance, certainty, or telling people what they want to hear. It is grounded in study, practice, discernment, and respect for the traditions and wisdom that came before me.

A Practice of Care

My work begins with the understanding that you are the authority on your own life. What I offer is not meant to define your path, make decisions for you, or place someone else’s knowing above your own. It is an invitation to reflect, gain perspective, and deepen your awareness.

I approach each offering with discernment and respect for the individual. Intuition, spiritual exploration, ritual, holistic practices, and divination can offer meaningful perspective, but they are not prescriptions. What resonates is yours to consider, question, accept, or leave behind.

This work should support your relationship with yourself, not create dependence on someone else’s insight. Whether through a session, ritual, or thoughtfully created offering, the intention is to leave your authority where it belongs: with you.

What Remains Yours

There is no single way to care for yourself, connect with your spirituality, or decide what belongs in the life you are creating.

What is offered here is space to reflect, pay closer attention, and consider what holds meaning for you.

Take what resonates. Question what does not. Trust yourself enough to know the difference.

What you carry forward, and what you leave behind, is yours to choose.
