The service currently offered through the Website is the Intuitive Reading.
2. Intuitive Readings
An Intuitive Reading is a private, individual session shaped around your questions, circumstances, and what feels most present in your life.
Depending on what arises during the session, a reading may incorporate oracle cards, intuitive impressions, symbolism, and conversation.
The purpose of an Intuitive Reading is to offer perspective, bring what feels unclear into greater focus, and support a deeper awareness of your own path.
The reading is not intended to make decisions for you. You remain responsible for determining what is meaningful to you and for making your own decisions.

Intuitive Readings are spiritual and reflective services intended to support personal insight and self-awareness.

Payment for an Intuitive Reading is payment for the scheduled service and does not constitute a guarantee of a particular result.
5. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to purchase services through the Website.
By purchasing a service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
6. Booking and Payment
Appointments are booked through the Website.
Available appointment durations, formats, and prices are displayed at the time of booking.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
An appointment is not reserved until payment has been successfully processed and the booking has been confirmed.
You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete your booking.
7. Appointment Formats
Intuitive Readings may be conducted by Phone or Virtual appointment, according to the option selected during booking.
For phone appointments, Amber Larissa will initiate the call at the scheduled appointment time using the contact information provided by the client.
For virtual appointments, the client is responsible for using the provided access information and being ready to attend at the scheduled appointment time.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no call/no shows, and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
By purchasing an Intuitive Reading, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
The Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intake Form
Following purchase, you will receive instructions for completing the Intuitive Reading intake form.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and completing any required intake materials before your appointment.
Information provided through the intake form is intended to help prepare for your individual session. It does not constitute or replace professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
You should only provide information that you are comfortable sharing.
10. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether an Intuitive Reading is appropriate for you.
You are also responsible for exercising your own judgment regarding anything discussed during a reading and for all decisions and actions taken before, during, or after the session.
Nothing discussed during an Intuitive Reading should be understood as an instruction that you are required to follow.
11. Private and Confidential Services
All services provided by Amber Larissa are private and confidential.
Intuitive Readings are intended to provide a private space for individual reflection and personal exploration. Information shared by a client during a service will be treated as confidential, subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy and any circumstances in which disclosure may be required or permitted by applicable law.
Neither Amber Larissa nor the client may audio or video record an Intuitive Reading without the prior consent of the other party.
Clients are responsible for participating from an environment that provides the level of privacy they desire.

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and conduct themselves appropriately during interactions with Amber Larissa.
