Thank you for choosing Amber Larissa. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of Intuitive Reading services made through amberlarissa.com.
1. Intuitive Reading Services
Intuitive Readings are appointment-based services. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your selected appointment.
Because appointment time is reserved specifically for you, refunds are subject to the terms below.
Intuitive Reading services are not physical products and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, you must contact Amber Larissa at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment start time.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must submit your request at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment start time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
A rescheduled appointment must take place within 7 days of the original appointment date. Rescheduling does not reset or extend this seven-day period.
If a rescheduled appointment cannot be accommodated within this period, the original appointment may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for a refund.
4. No Call, No Show
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not contact Amber Larissa beforehand, the appointment will be considered a no call, no show.
No call, no show appointments are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
5. Late Arrival
Your appointment begins at the scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive late, your session will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Amber Larissa reserves the right to restrict or prohibit future bookings at any time, in Amber Larissa's discretion, and as permitted by applicable law.
6. Phone Appointments
For phone appointments, Amber Larissa will initiate the call at the scheduled appointment time using the contact information provided at booking.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at the scheduled appointment time.
If you are unavailable when Amber Larissa attempts to contact you, the appointment may be treated as a late arrival or no call, no show, depending on the circumstances and applicable policy.
7. Virtual Appointments
For virtual appointments, customers are responsible for using the provided access information and being ready to attend at the scheduled appointment time.
If a technical issue on the customer's end prevents a virtual session from taking place, the appointment remains subject to the applicable cancellation, late-arrival, and no call/no show provisions of this policy.
If a technical issue on Amber Larissa's end prevents a virtual session from taking place, Amber Larissa may, as appropriate, reschedule the appointment or issue a refund.
Customers should contact Amber Larissa as soon as reasonably possible regarding technical difficulties.
8. Refunds
When a refund is approved under this policy, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed after the request has been reviewed. The time required for a refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Partial refunds are not provided for unused or partially used appointment time.
9. Service Experience
Intuitive Readings are spiritual and reflective services intended to support personal insight and self-awareness.
A reading does not guarantee a particular experience, interpretation, event, outcome, prediction, or timeline. Differences in personal interpretation or expectations regarding a reading do not, by themselves, establish a basis for a refund.
10. Service Limitations
Intuitive Readings do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or mental health conditions and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions.
11. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
Amber Larissa reserves the right to consider refund requests involving exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis where appropriate and permitted by law.
