Thank you for choosing Amber Larissa. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases of Intuitive Reading services made through amberlarissa.com.
1. Intuitive Reading Services
Intuitive Readings are scheduled services. Payment is required in full at the time of reservation to secure your selected session.
Because session time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are subject to the terms below.
Intuitive Reading services are not physical products and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your session, you must contact Amber Larissa at least 48 hours before your scheduled session start time.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, you must submit your request at least 48 hours before your scheduled session start time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
A rescheduled session must take place within 7 days of the original session date. Rescheduling does not reset or extend this seven-day period.
If a rescheduled session cannot be accommodated within this period, the original session may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for a refund.
4. No Call, No Show
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact Amber Larissa beforehand, the session will be considered a no call, no show.
No call, no show sessions are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
5. Late Arrival
Your session begins at the scheduled start time.
If you arrive late, your session will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled end time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled session start time, the session will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Amber Larissa reserves the right to restrict or prohibit future reservations at any time, in Amber Larissa's discretion, and as permitted by applicable law.
6. Virtual Sessions
Intuitive Readings are currently offered virtually.
Clients are responsible for using the provided access information and being ready to attend at the scheduled session time.
If a technical issue on the client's end prevents a virtual session from taking place, the session remains subject to the applicable cancellation, late-arrival, and no call/no show provisions of this policy.
If a technical issue on Amber Larissa's end prevents a virtual session from taking place, Amber Larissa may, as appropriate, reschedule the session or issue a refund.
Clients should contact Amber Larissa as soon as reasonably possible regarding technical difficulties.
7. Refunds
When a refund is approved under this policy, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed after the request has been reviewed. The time required for a refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Partial refunds are not provided for unused or partially used session time.
8. Service Experience
Intuitive Readings are spiritual and reflective services intended to support personal insight and self-awareness.
A reading does not guarantee a particular experience, interpretation, event, outcome, prediction, or timeline.
Differences in personal interpretation or expectations regarding a reading do not, by themselves, establish a basis for a refund.
9. Service Limitations
Intuitive Readings do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or mental health conditions and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions.
10. Exceptions
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
Amber Larissa reserves the right to consider refund requests involving exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis where appropriate and permitted by law.
