About Me
My roots are in Charleston, South Carolina, my rhythm comes from Atlanta, Georgia, and the strength of my Geechee Gullah heritage flows through every part of who I am and the care I bring to my work. Life, lineage, and lived experience have taught me that restoration, intention, and presence are essential. I bring that understanding into every session, ritual, and offering I create, each designed to restore balance, clarity, and personal power.
Since 2019, I have transformed my own trauma, healing parental wounds, surviving narcissistic abuse, and turning lived experience into strength. This journey shaped my commitment to mastering holistic practices for myself and now for those I serve. I began formally studying holistic modalities and working with clients in 2020. In 2024, I opened this space to bring these offerings forward, rooted in experience, refined through practice, and created to support transformation that is real, attainable, and lasting.
Self-care is not a luxury. It is essential for clarity, stability, and long-term wellbeing. The spaces, rituals, and offerings I create, whether a personalized session, a guided ritual, or a carefully curated product, are held to a premium standard because care deserves precision, intention, and respect.
I blend ancestral wisdom with modern somatic and energetic practices to create experiences that meet you exactly where you are. Each offering is personalized to restore balance, expand awareness, and support transformation in ways that feel grounded and attainable.
Those drawn to this work are often navigating life transitions, generational patterns, emotional wounds, or the quiet ache of disconnection. My work centers nervous system regulation, energetic protection, and restoration so you can reclaim clarity, confidence, and personal authority.
You are invited to show up fully as you are. Nothing needs to be perfect to step into this space.
Everything here exists to honor you, to support self-care as a necessity, and to offer tools, both tangible and experiential, that help you return to yourself fully.
This is the work I was born to do, the care I uphold with intention, and the space I create for those ready to reclaim their power.
