Who can book an Intuitive Reading?
Intuitive Readings are currently offered exclusively to Black and LGBTQ+ clients.
Amber Larissa is intentionally centered around creating a culturally aware, affirming, and respectful space for these communities. This focus informs the experience, communication standards, and care provided within the practice.
Why is Amber Larissa specifically centered on Black and LGBTQ+ clients?
Amber Larissa is intentionally rooted in creating space for experiences that can be shaped by culture, identity, belonging, self-connection, and the realities of navigating the world as a Black or LGBTQ+ person.
You are not required to share a particular spiritual belief, practice, or worldview to participate. The intention is to provide a space where Black and LGBTQ+ clients can explore themselves and their experiences within a framework created with these communities at the center.
What does this mean for the experience?
The experience is intentionally designed with Black and LGBTQ+ clients at the center.
Clients are expected to engage respectfully with the space, its boundaries, communication standards, and purpose.
The Intuitive Reading
What is an Intuitive Reading?
An Intuitive Reading is a private, reflective experience designed to support perspective, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.
Each session is shaped around your questions, circumstances, and what feels most present in your life. Depending on what arises, your reading may incorporate oracle cards, intuitive impressions, symbolism, and conversation.
The purpose is not to make decisions for you, but to create space to listen, consider, and see your circumstances from another perspective.
Who are Intuitive Readings for?
Intuitive Readings are for those who are curious about intuition, seeking perspective during a transition or new chapter, or wanting intentional space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
No previous experience with intuitive or spiritual practices is required.
Do I need to have a specific question?
No.
You are welcome to bring specific questions, a particular circumstance, or an area of your life you would like to explore. You may also arrive without knowing exactly what you want to discuss.
What can I expect during a reading?
Your session is private and centered around your individual circumstances.
Depending on what arises, the reading may naturally move through different areas as themes, patterns, questions, or perspectives come forward.
You are invited to ask questions, share what feels relevant, and consider what feels meaningful to you.
Do you use tarot cards?
No. Intuitive Readings may incorporate oracle cards, intuitive impressions, symbolism, and conversation.
Will you tell me what is going to happen?
Readings do not promise specific events, outcomes, predictions, or timelines.
The purpose is to offer perspective and support self-awareness rather than provide certainty about the future.
Will you tell me what decision I should make?
No.
A reading may offer another perspective or bring something into greater focus, but it is not intended to make decisions for you.
You remain responsible for your own choices and actions.
Booking, Payment & Scheduling
What session lengths are available?
Intuitive Readings are available in three durations:
30 Minutes | $88
45 Minutes | $111
60 Minutes | $177
Are readings available by phone or virtually?
Yes. You may choose Phone or Virtual when booking.
How do I book a reading?
Choose your preferred session length, select Phone or Virtual, choose an available time, and complete payment.
Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received.
Is payment required when booking?
Yes. Payment in full is required to reserve your selected appointment time.
What happens after I book?
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an Intake Form.
The form allows you to share what you would like to explore, questions you may have, and anything you do not want to discuss during your reading.
Do I need to prepare for my reading?
No special preparation is required.
You may take some time beforehand to consider what you would like to explore, but you are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
Can I reschedule or cancel my reading?
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to request a cancellation or rescheduling.
Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated.
What happens if I miss my reading?
Missed sessions and cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
What happens if I am late?
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be accommodated when possible. After 15 minutes, the session is forfeited.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session duration.
Can I transfer or gift my appointment to someone else?
No.
Bookings are non-transferable and may not be reassigned or resold without prior approval.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Are readings private?
Yes.
Sessions are private, and client information is handled with discretion and stored securely.
Will my reading be shared publicly?
No.
Services are private by default. You may choose to share your own experience at your discretion, but sharing is not required, requested, or facilitated by Amber Larissa.
Boundaries & Expectations
Can a reading be refused or discontinued?
Yes.
A session may be declined or discontinued when behavior is disrespectful, disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the boundaries and integrity of the space.
Are there communication guidelines?
Yes.
Communication should remain respectful and relevant to the service.
Messages that fall outside these standards may not receive a response.
Does Amber Larissa reserve the right to decline a booking?
Yes.
A booking may be declined or cancelled when it is not consistent with the structure, availability, capacity, or integrity of the practice.
Important Information
Are Intuitive Readings therapy or professional advice?
No.
Intuitive Readings are spiritual and reflective services intended to support personal insight and self-awareness.
They do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or mental health conditions and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Are results guaranteed?
No.
Readings do not promise specific outcomes, external changes, predictions, or timelines.
The experience is intended to support reflection, perspective, and self-awareness.
Who is responsible for decisions made after a reading?
You are.
Intuitive Readings do not make decisions for you. You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and use of any perspective gained during a session.
Age Policy
Do you work with minors?
Intuitive Readings are available to clients 18 years of age and older.
Services for minors are not currently offered through Intuitive Readings.
Communication
What is the response time for messages?
Messages are typically responded to within 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Response times may vary during periods of high volume or limited availability.
Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
Intuitive Reading purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and are subject to the applicable booking policy.
Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
All policies are subject to applicable law.
