Reiki is a Japanese energy practice founded in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. Traditionally delivered in person, Reiki channels energy through the body’s natural systems to promote harmony, balance, and well-being.
Practitioners later discovered that Reiki can be sent remotely with the same effectiveness, allowing energetic support to transcend physical distance. Today, Reiki is practiced worldwide in hospitals, wellness centers, and private sessions. Distance Reiki is safe, non-invasive, and accessible to clients with no prior experience.

What to Expect During Your Session
The session begins while you are in your own space. Most clients lie down, meditate, or relax, but if resting isn’t possible, it’s fine to continue with your usual activities. Reiki energy works regardless of movement or focus.
Toward the end of the 60 minutes, I will call you for a brief follow-up conversation. This live discussion allows me to share observations, insights, or guidance and support your transition back into your day.
