With this session, you will also receive a votive candle and single-use bath soak, mailed to you to enhance your experience and support integration.

Distance Reiki is safe, non-invasive, and accessible to anyone, regardless of prior experience. Today, it is practiced worldwide in hospitals, wellness centers, and private sessions.

What to Expect During Your Session

Your session begins while you remain in your own space. Most clients lie down, meditate, or simply relax, but if resting isn’t possible, the energy still works as you go about your day.

This live conversation allows me to share observations, insights, or guidance, supporting a smooth transition back into your day.

Preparing & Integrating

Preparing:

  • Choose a quiet, comfortable space
  • Hydrate beforehand
  • Keep a journal nearby if desired
  • Have your votive candle and bath soak ready. The candle may be lit before your session to set a calming intention, left unlit, or saved to light during or after your bath — whichever feels best for you

Integrating:

  • Light or re-light your candle during the soak or afterward to honor your healing space
  • After your session, enjoy your bath soak to release tension and deepen energetic integration
  • Allow time for rest or quiet reflection
  • Gentle movement or stretching may aid integration
  • Notice subtle shifts in mood, clarity, or physical ease over 24–48 hours
